Elder-Led Congregationalism

Congregationalism requires the average church member to take responsibility for other church members. Members must know the gospel, protect the gospel in the church and work for the progress of the gospel in the lives of church members and those outside of the church. Elder-led congregationalism gives final authority and therefore responsibility to the gathered congregation. With authority comes responsibility.
